Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in data products, data platforms, analytics, or AI strategy.
• 7+ years of formal people management experience.
• 5+ years leading Directors, Senior Managers, or equivalent leaders.
• 5+ years leading enterprise‑scale transformation, product portfolio, or AI delivery initiatives.
• Experience owning a multi‑year data/AI strategy with governance and outcomes.
• Experience delivering production data/AI capabilities with adoption measures.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise data and AI strategy and multi‑year roadmap.
• Translate priorities into product portfolios, investment plans, and objectives.
• Own data/AI product lifecycle from intake to retirement and optimization.
• Prioritize investments based on value, risk, and total cost of ownership.
• Translate AI strategy into production applications for multiple business workflows.
• Lead cross‑functional partners to deliver scalable, governed solutions.
• Establish standards for data products, privacy, security, and governance.
• Guide modernization of cloud data/AI platforms and model operations.
• Monitor portfolio delivery, adoption, and realized business value.
• Develop budgets, capacity plans, and vendor roadmaps; lead vendor negotiations.
• Build inclusive teams and establish succession and leadership development.
