Staples Digital Solutions is scaling AI-powered pricing and decision systems to improve revenue and profitability. The Sr. Manager AI Engineering will lead strategy, delivery, and teams across AI and data engineering to drive measurable business value.

You will guide roadmaps, oversee deployment of pricing elasticity, forecasting, and optimization capabilities, and partner with business and technology leaders to accelerate innovation in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
10+ years in enterprise AI, data, analytics, or software engineering.
5+ years leading technical analytics or data teams.
3+ years in pricing, revenue management, forecasting, or retail analytics.
Experience producing production AI/ML solutions and cloud platforms.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead roadmap and delivery for pricing AI, forecasting, and optimization solutions.
Oversee development of price elasticity, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization.
Apply ML, statistics, forecasting, and optimization to business problems.
Manage AI/ML platforms, MLOps, and cloud-based engineering using Databricks, Snowflake, Azure AI.
Define metrics, monitor impact, and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize work and deliver value.
Promote AI-assisted development to improve speed, quality, and productivity.
Lead resources, budgets, and execution across multiple workstreams.
Recruit, coach, and develop AI and Data Engineering talent.
