Job summary

Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, seeks a Senior Director, Product Management to own the Data and AI Security portfolio strategy, roadmap, and execution. This role reports to the CEO and bridges market opportunity, engineering, and executive strategy.

You will lead a high-autonomy team, partner across functions, and shape pricing, packaging, and GTM for security products in a rapidly expanding space.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with leadership of product teams.
• Direct experience in data security, governance, CSPM/CIEM, or AI governance/security.
• Track record owning product strategy for security or data governance platform.

Responsibilities

• Own Data and AI Security portfolio and pricing.
• Lead and develop product management team for this portfolio.
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap across acquired product line.
• Present strategy to CEO and executive team with data-driven narratives.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to align from concept to launch.
• Own GTM input for data and AI security line.
