Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking a Senior Director, Direct to Consumer (D2C) + Digital to lead the company’s D2C and digital strategy across Retail Shops, eCommerce, Amazon, and B2B channels. You will own the P&L, budget, forecast, and KPI scorecard to drive profitable growth while elevating the consumer experience across physical and digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, eCommerce, Digital Commerce, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in D2C, retail, eCommerce, digital commerce, consumer products, hospitality, or premium brand environments.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience, including leading multi-channel, consumer-facing teams.
• Strong experience in retail operations, eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, consumer experience, analytics, and P&L management.
• Proven ability to set growth strategy, manage financial performance, use data to guide decisions, and identify risks and opportunities early.
• Executive presence with strong integrity, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead D2C and Digital strategy across Retail Shops, eCommerce, Amazon, Click to Mortar, and B2B/inside sales.
• Own the D2C P&L, budget, forecast, and KPI scorecard to drive growth and profitability.
• Elevate the consumer experience across stores and digital channels, including CRM, loyalty, and post-purchase engagement.
• Oversee retail and eCommerce execution, site experience, digital merchandising, analytics, and partnerships.
• Build gifting and direct selling programs to expand seasonal and everyday occasions while improving customer acquisition and retention.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and shared services.
