Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of brand or product management experience in a CPG company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience analyzing data and using market research to drive decisions.
• Experience with Circana or Nielsen data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand syndicated data and provide strategic analysis for heritage brands.
• Catalog consumer information to feed marketing and sales planning.
• Manage consumer research studies and analyze results for business cases.
• Analyze market trends and retailer loyalty data with Category Management.
• Portfolio management including SKU rationalization and profit optimization.
• Evaluate product portfolio and make recommendations for launches and improvements.
• Assess market potential and develop competitive concepts for growth.
• Develop strategies to maximize profitability of products/categories.
• Present findings in leadership and sales meetings.
