Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking a Senior Director, Direct to Consumer (D2C) + Digital to lead its multi-channel D2C business across Retail Shops, Digital Commerce, Amazon, and gifting partnerships. You will set the D2C and Digital strategy, operating model, and performance agenda to drive profitable growth across physical and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, eCommerce, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in D2C, retail, eCommerce, or premium brand environments.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience leading multi-channel, consumer-facing teams.
• Strong experience in retail operations, eCommerce, digital marketing, analytics, and P&L management.
• Executive presence with strong communication and collaboration; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Set the D2C and Digital strategy for Retail Shops, eCommerce, Amazon, and B2B gifting.
• Own D2C P&L, budget, forecast, and KPI scorecard for growth and profitability.
• Elevate the consumer experience across stores, digital, gifting, and loyalty.
• Oversee retail site experience, CRM/email, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Build corporate gifting, inside sales, and direct selling programs.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Ops, Supply Chain, IT, and Group partners.
• Champion data, tools, and consumer insights to improve decisions.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across retail, eCommerce, and direct selling.
