Altera Corporation seeks a strategic Head of Cyber Resilience to lead cybersecurity resiliency, risk management, and security initiatives across IT. The role partners with executives to assess risks, drive resiliency, and foster a proactive security culture while guiding teams protecting critical infrastructure and information assets.

The position involves overseeing security operations, policy development, and incident response, with a focus on reducing risk and maintaining business continuity

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 9+ years experience managing a SOC or security services partner against service levels.
• Experience with red or purple team programs and acting on their findings.
• Experience reporting security risk to executives or a board.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees operations across network and infrastructure, performs maintenance and upkeep on hardware systems.
• Leads multi-disciplinary teams of analysts and engineers implementing cyber security controls across the organization.
• Develops information security policies and procedures, evaluates hardware/software and sets protection levels.
• Manages deployment of controls and defenses to ensure security and risk mitigation of infrastructure and information systems.
• Advises on development of new cybersecurity policies, standards and procedures.
• Maintains security tools, ensures compliance, reduces operational risk and handles incidents.
• Sets team priorities, drives results, and aligns with organizational objectives and leadership values.
