Altera Corporation in San Jose, CA is seeking an Infrastructure Cyber Defense Leader to drive security strategy, operations, and resilience across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will guide network security, cloud security across Azure/AWS, vulnerability management, and risk assessments while aligning with engineering and IT teams.

The role requires a hands‑on leader who can translate enterprise risk into actionable controls, measure outcomes, and mature security architectures

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of infrastructure security, network security, cloud security, or related experience.
• Experience leading security programs across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid.
• Strong experience securing Azure and AWS environments.
• Ability to translate technical findings into remediation plans and executive risk reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead infrastructure defense strategy, operations, and roadmaps.
• Oversee network security, firewall, VPN, DNS security, and segmentation.
• Define and enforce cloud security standards across Azure and AWS.
• Lead application security and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Drive vulnerability management, risk assessments, and governance.
• Build security into CI/CD and IaC pipelines.
