Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Associate Director, Customer Master – Commercial Business Owner, based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. This role leads strategy and governance for customer and account master data across JJIM, coordinating sales, marketing, and analytics to drive trusted data and business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharma or life sciences with Commercial roles
• Experience owning business requirements and data governance
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements (non-technical)

Responsibilities

• Own Commercial strategy for customer and account master data
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for a single trusted view of customers
• Partner with IT and data teams on options without owning technical design
• Oversee data quality governance, change approvals, and usage policies
• Track risks, value delivery, and stakeholder communications
• Lead adoption of the Account Data Product across Commercial teams
