Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technology, data, engineering, business, or related discipline.
- Experience leading digital or data portfolio initiatives in healthcare/pharma.
- Knowledge of GxP, quality/compliance frameworks.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and program management skills.
Responsibilities
- Define CRM digital strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
- Lead lifecycle management for CRM digital solutions.
- Design governance for demand, change, risk, data, and investments.
- Set data standards, taxonomy, and analytics direction.
- Represent CRM-OpEx in RDQ, R&D, and enterprise forums.
- Oversee vendor relationships and external partners.
