Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks an Associate Director, Customer Master & Data Product Owner, based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. You will lead the customer master and reference data management initiatives to improve timeliness and quality across JJIM data assets.

As a data product owner, you will define the vision and roadmap for the data product, partner with IT and business data experts, and drive adoption while ensuring governance and data quality across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with data governance and master data management is required.
• Strong collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to drive data initiatives.
• Familiarity with healthcare data assets and reference data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data strategy and roadmap for customer master and account data products.
• Lead data governance, data quality rules, survivorship, and match rules for master data.
• Manage data product ownership for the Account Data Product as a source of truth across JJIM.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure data integrity.
• Drive adoption and track value of data products with stakeholders across the organization.
• Provide ongoing leadership and oversight for data acquisition, contracts, and vendor relationships.
