You will drive CRM, CDP, and marketing automation initiatives to support sales productivity and revenue growth across B2B and B2B2C channels.

The role anchors on collaboration across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Data teams, delivering scalable digital products, real-time personalization, and impactful insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in digital product management, CRM, CDP, or revenue systems.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce ecosystem and CDP platforms.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, and pipeline dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for CRM, CDP, and Marketing Automation.
• Align CRM/CDP data models with Sales Operations and revenue workflows.
• Drive cross-functional governance for data ownership, privacy, and compliance.
• Oversee adoption, enablement, and change management for CRM initiatives.
