James Hardie in Chicago seeks a Sr Director, Customer Engagement & Data to lead vision and execution of customer engagement and data platforms (CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation) that boost sales productivity and homeowner lead generation.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, technology and data, requiring 12+ years in digital product management, Salesforce/CDP expertise, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable revenue growth.

Competenze

• 12+ years of digital product management experience with CRM/CDP or revenue systems.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce ecosystem and CDP.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and pipeline dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
• Experience aligning CRM platforms with Sales Operations.
• Data privacy, consent management, and compliance knowledge.

Mansioni

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for customer engagement platforms (CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP).
• Prioritize features and data use cases to improve lead management and pipeline quality.
• Lead cross-functional squads spanning Sales, Marketing, IT, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
• Ensure CRM and CDP platforms serve as systems of record for sales, marketing, and service interactions.
• Oversee marketing automation strategy across email and SMS channels.
• Translate journey insights into digital capabilities to improve targeting and conversion.
• Establish SLAs, lifecycle definitions, and feedback loops between Sales and Marketing.
