James Hardie Corporation in Chicago is seeking a driven leader to own the Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP, shaping platform strategy, governance, and a roadmap that unifies customer profiles across brands.

You will partner with Digital Product, IT, Analytics and Marketing to connect data, enable audience activation, and scale personalized experiences enterprise-wide. This is a hands-on leadership role balancing strategy with execution, governance, and long-term platform health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing or managing Adobe Experience Platform or Real-Time CDP.
• Experience integrating enterprise CDP with Salesforce CRM and data warehouses.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, data modeling, and audience activation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Product Owner for Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Real-Time CDP.
• Develop and maintain the platform vision, roadmap, architecture, and operating model aligned with James Hardie's digital, CRM, loyalty, personalization, and analytics strategies.
• Prioritize platform capabilities, technical debt, integrations, governance initiatives, and business use cases based on enterprise value.
• Evaluate new platform capabilities, data sources, destinations, and emerging technologies that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
• Own the architecture and implementation strategy for enterprise customer data flowing into Adobe Experience Platform.
