Job summary

PhaseV is expanding its CRO partnerships and seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to own the CRO vertical and lead global enterprise engagements. You will build relationships with senior executives, shape compelling proposals, pricing and MSAs, and drive revenue growth across strategic collaborations.

You’ll partner with Product, Data Science and Medical leaders to ensure the PhaseV AI/ML platform meets sponsor needs, scale the partnership channel, and mentor the BD team while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise business development or strategic partnerships experience in life-science software, data, or tech-enabled services.
• Deep understanding of CRO operations, pricing, procurement and tech adoption in pharma/sponsors.
• Proven track record of closing $1M+ ACV deals in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive PhaseV's CRO vertical with global and regional CROs.
• Lead full-cycle enterprise engagements from prospecting to contracting and early client success.
• Build relationships with senior CRO executives.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Medical leaders to align platform capabilities with client needs.
• Shape proposals, pricing and MSAs; negotiate with Procurement and Legal.
• Provide commercial counsel and mentorship within the BD organization.
• Drive account growth and renewals with measurable value and client satisfaction.
