Job summary

PhaseV is a Boston-based technology company redefining clinical development with an AI/ML platform. We seek an Alliance Manager in the US to lead and expand relationships with key biotech/pharma clients, define engagement strategy, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction at assigned accounts.

You will own land-and-expand motions, collaborate with delivery teams, and build an in-depth knowledge of PhaseV offerings to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in biotech/pharma focused on project or alliance management
• Strong strategic account management and expansion experience
• Ability to be a trusted advisor to clients with scientists and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own strategy implementation at assigned accounts
• Develop and execute expansion, upsell, cross-sell strategies to grow revenue
• Act as trusted advisor, maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborate with Head of Alliance Management to build strategy/roadmap
• Develop lead generation for each business line
• Work cross-functionally with product, project management, data science, customer success, and marketing
• Track KPIs: customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
• Represent PhaseV at conferences and events
