Job summary

PetSmart Store Support Group, Inc. seeks a Sr. Director, CRM & Loyalty to steer CRM and loyalty strategies, oversee direct channels, and lead the Treats Rewards program. This executive will partner with Marketing, Digital and Operations to deliver cohesive customer journeys and measurable business growth.

The role requires senior leadership with a track record in omni-channel initiatives, customer lifecycle management, and delivering customer value at scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in strategic marketing, CRM, loyalty or related areas.
• Proven ability to connect CRM and loyalty with broader marketing activity.
• Strong leadership presence with ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM strategy, planning and operations across email, SMS, push and direct channels.
• Lead loyalty program strategy, member experience and long-term roadmap.
• Collaborate with Brand, Media, Marketing and Digital to integrate CRM in omnichannel plans.
• Drive program performance through measurement, test-and-learn and optimization.
