Job summary

PetSmart is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead vision, strategy, and execution for a strategic area of the business. You will translate customer needs into digital products and measurable business value, partnering across business, technology, UX, data, and operations to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leading a cross-functional team, navigating ambiguity, and delivering a cohesive product strategy aligned with PetSmart’s priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent discipline.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices.
• Experience with product discovery, lean requirements gathering, story mapping, and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an assigned business area.
• Translate strategies into actionable product priorities and investment opportunities.
• Partner with technology, architecture, data, UX, analytics, operations, and delivery teams to bring products to market.
• Define clear KPIs, success metrics, and expected outcomes for product initiatives.
• Manage products through all stages of the lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Continuously evaluate roadmap priorities based on performance and customer insights.
