Job summary

Game Seven Agency in New York seeks a Sr. Director of Talent & Creator Marketing to lead a growing team and shape our creator‑driven campaigns. This hands‑on senior role blends strategic direction with day‑to‑day mentorship, campaign ideation, talent negotiation, and delivery.

You will own strategy for pitches, collaborate across accounts, creative, and social teams, and ensure client objectives are met while scaling operations and maintaining top‑tier talent relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent & influencer/creator marketing experience.
• 2–3 years directly managing people and overseeing campaigns.
• Experience across brand, entertainment, or sports clients preferred.
• Proven ability to build and present strategies and decks that win business.
• Deep fluency in the creator ecosystem and trends.
• Track record of negotiating talent deals at scale.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee a small influencer marketing team—assigning work, reviewing output, coaching on craft, and meeting deadlines.
• Support team growth through regular feedback, hands-on guidance, and clear expectations.
• Develop workflows and tooling to scale as workload grows.
• Drive talent & influencer strategy for pitches and proposals from concept to deck.
• Create sales materials, case studies, and capabilities presentations to win business.
• Translate client briefs into clear, differentiated campaign strategies with measurable objectives.
• Collaborate with account, creative, and social teams to bring ideas to life.
• Oversee campaigns from kickoff through talent negotiation, contracting, briefing, content review, and delivery.
• Be the day-to-day point of contact on high-priority accounts, ensuring nothing slips.
• Oversee contracting across the team, including terms, usage rights, and FTC compliance.
• Own or supervise fast-turn projects, making quick calls on talent and scope.
• Review and sign off on campaign reporting with client-ready recaps.
• Maintain relationships with talent, agents, and creator networks.
