• Deep fluency in the creator ecosystem — platforms, talent tiers, rates, formats.
• Track record negotiating talent deals at scale including celebrity talent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a small influencer marketing team; delegate, review, coach, and meet deadlines.
• Drive talent strategy for new business pitches and client proposals; craft winning decks.
• Oversee key campaigns from kickoff to delivery; manage talent negotiations and briefs.
• Maintain direct relationships with talent, agents, and creator networks for campaigns.
