Job summary

Influencer in New York, hybrid, seeks a Senior Account Director, Commerce (NA) to lead the North America Commerce delivery team, directing affiliate marketing, creator commerce and performance programs for our largest clients.

You will partner with Sales, Client Services, Creative Strategy and Platform Partnerships to ensure commercially successful campaigns, shape scalable processes, and drive measurable outcomes such as GMV, revenue growth and ROAS.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across affiliate marketing, creator commerce and performance marketing.
• Proven leadership of delivery teams and client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop and affiliate networks (Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten, Partnerize).
• Commercial fluency with metrics like GMV, AOV and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America Commerce delivery team with strong client focus.
• Own the social commerce and affiliate delivery standards across the portfolio.
• Support pitches, budgeting, timelines and feasibility alongside the Commercial team.
• Set TikTok Shop strategy and oversight across creator, seller and live shopping.
• Maintain relationships with platform partners and key networks.
• Ensure delivery quality, profitability and operational rigor across campaigns.
