Job summary

Influencer Ltd in New York is seeking a Senior Account Director, Commerce (NA) to lead the North America Commerce delivery for creator performance programs. You will oversee affiliate marketing, social commerce and creator performance for major clients and help scale the business with efficient processes.

You will partner closely with Sales, Client Services, Creative Strategy, Paid Media and Platform Partnerships to ensure programs are commercially successful and deliver measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience across affiliate marketing, creator commerce, social commerce or influencer marketing.
• Proven leadership – line-management and delivering complex client programs.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop, affiliate networks and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commerce delivery team in North America for creator performance programs.
• Own strategy, delivery, analysis, and optimization across social commerce and affiliation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Creative Strategy, Paid Media and Platform Partnerships.
• Develop scalable operating processes and contribute to product playbooks.
