Job summary

Influencer is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Commerce (North America) to drive hands-on creator delivery for social commerce and affiliate campaigns. You will own outreach, sample management and reporting, building strong relationships with creators and delivering best-in-class results for clients.

You’ll manage campaigns across TikTok Shop and affiliate networks, handling high volumes of creators and content, with increasing client interaction under your manager’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in influencer marketing, social commerce or affiliate.
• Experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate campaigns is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with creators and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing, vetting, outreach and onboarding of creators for TikTok Shop and affiliate campaigns.
• Manage product sampling and seeding end to end – logistics, tracking and follow-up.
• Support programme operations: onboarding, links/codes, tracking and commission queries.
• Pull and organise performance data and help build reports under guidance.
• Oversee campaigns across multiple commerce campaigns with short timelines.
• Be a strong point of contact for creators and guide briefs and content.
• Manage campaigns via Waves and creator payments.
• Support client communications on the commerce workstream via calls and email.
