Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience at a top management consulting firm or equivalent corporate strategy group.
• 15+ years of total professional experience with growing levels of responsibility; proven track record of leading transformational change.
• Top undergraduate and Master’s degrees (MBA preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience operating in an enterprise SaaS environment; prior understanding of software industry, digital marketing or digital media highly desired.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives.
• Creative problem solver with a bias for action.
• Relentless but collaborative - ensuring that debates and discussions not only lead to good outcomes for all involved, but also set a positive tone for cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project teams and manage the relationship with several top executives across the company.
• Gradually specialize in one of Adobe's three clouds (e.g., Digital Experience) and align projects with senior leadership.
• Provide senior-executive exposure and pave the way for unique operational and general management roles at Adobe.
