Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience at a top management consulting firm or within an equivalent corporate strategy group.
• Total 15+ years of professional experience with increasing responsibility; proven track record of leading transformational change.
• Top undergraduate and Master’s degrees (MBA preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience operating in an enterprise SaaS environment; understanding of software/digital marketing or digital media.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with big-picture mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior executives.
• Creative problem solver with a bias for action.
• Relentless but collaborative, fostering constructive cross-functional debate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple project teams and manage relationships with senior executives across the company.
• Gradually specialize in one of Adobe’s clouds (e.g., Digital Experience) as extended staff to the EVP/GM.
• Provide senior executive exposure and track record for future operational and general management roles.
• Support Adobe’s long-term growth through transformational initiatives.
