Responsibilities

Brand Marketing

  • Own A-LIGN's global brand strategy (architecture, corporate positioning, messaging framework, and verbal identity) and govern its consistent application across every market-facing channel

  • Define and maintain the messaging hierarchy that connects the corporate narrative to service line, industry, and persona-level messaging so every go-to-market team works from a single source of truth

  • Partner with Product Marketing, which owns content strategy and production, to ensure content reflects corporate positioning, messaging, and brand standards

  • Plan and lead brand marketing campaigns that build awareness, authority, and reputation, partnering with Demand Generation and Product Marketing so brand investment amplifies pipeline programs

  • Own brand health measurement, including awareness, share of voice, brand sentiment, reputation, and message resonance, and present performance and recommendations to executive leadership on a regular cadence

  • Conduct ongoing research into industry trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to identify white space and keep A-LIGN's voice ahead of a crowded compliance market

  • Protect the A-LIGN brand by governing trademark and logo use, partner and co-branding standards, and the accuracy and compliance of public claims, in partnership with Legal

Corporate Communications

  • Own the external communications strategy, including press releases, media relations, and announcement planning for certification, product, partnership, and corporate milestones, directing the PR agency to earn coverage that builds authority

  • Build and run the LinkedIn and social program across the corporate channel and executive and practitioner voices, setting the editorial approach, publishing cadence, and engagement standards
