JLL is seeking a Senior Director of Construction/Team Lead to lead a portfolio of Corporate Interior projects for a financial services client in San Francisco. You will oversee strategy, design, schedule, procurement, and closeout, guiding a team of Project Managers and Coordinators to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 10-15+ years in Real Estate leadership with a focus on Corporate Interiors, strong client relationships, and proven mentorship capabilities.

Qualificações

• 10-15+ years’ experience leading Real Estate strategies with a focus on Corporate Interiors.
• Experience managing multiple diverse projects ranging from $5M to $150M+.
• Ability to manage 4-8 projects at a time.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee all aspects of projects from strategy to close out.
• Act as player/coach mentoring junior PMs and coordinators.
• Develop high level estimates and schedules as part of strategy and business case.
• Prepare project updates and communicate risks with solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
