Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Director of Construction/Team Lead in San Francisco to manage a portfolio of Corporate Interior projects for a major financial services client. Responsibilities include strategy, design, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination across projects from $5M to $150M+.

Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, develop master schedules and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years’ experience leading Real Estate strategies with a focus on Corporate Interiors.
• Experience managing multiple diverse project types ranging from $5M to $150M+ in size.
• Ability to manage 4-8 projects concurrently and mentor a team of PMs and coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects from strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution and close out.
• Act as player/coach and mentor junior Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Develop high level estimates and schedules as part of the strategy and business case.
• Prepare project updates and communicate risks with solutions to meet client-driven schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
