Job summary

HealthTrust, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Senior Director Contracts to lead national sourcing programs in Capital Sourcing. You will negotiate complex agreements, set strategy, and partner with clinicians and executives to align sourcing with organizational goals across multiple business units.

As a senior leader, you will direct back-office teams, oversee major negotiations, and drive risk mitigation while optimizing value for HealthTrust’s national supplier base.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic sourcing and contract negotiations in Capital Sourcing.
• Proven track record of strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and contract management.
• Healthcare experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sourcing and contracting initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects, timelines, and negotiations.
• Serve as SME in assigned categories with market trend knowledge.
• Develop and execute contracting strategies to optimize value and mitigate risk.
• Analyze supplier performance, financials, market intelligence, and product pipelines.
• Lead corporate and master agreement negotiations across business units.
• Partner with clinicians, executives, and stakeholders to align sourcing with goals.
• Present strategies and award decisions to leadership and governance groups.
