Job summary

Propio Language Services seeks a Senior Director of Contract Management to lead the contract lifecycle from intake to renewal. You will set governance standards, advise on terms and risk, and work with Legal to align strategies with regulatory requirements.

You will mentor a high-performing team, optimize CLM processes, and deliver executives with insights on performance and risk. This role requires strong leadership and collaborative drive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field.
• 10+ years of contract management, legal operations, or related discipline with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and risk assessment.
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and executive presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management process from intake to renewal and archiving.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce contract governance frameworks and standards.
• Provide strategic guidance on contract terms, obligations, and risk exposure; escalate issues to executives as needed.
• Collaborate with Legal on negotiation strategies and regulatory compliance.
• Manage a centralized contract repository, data integrity, accessibility, and audit readiness.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on contract performance, risk exposure, and metrics.
• Mentor and develop contract professionals and drive cross-functional workflow improvements.
