Job summary

Meta seeks a Lead Contract Manager to direct the program-level contract management function, shaping custom contracting strategies and tools while coordinating with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams.

In this role, you will lead multi-stakeholder initiatives, oversee KPIs and SLAs, and drive best practices in deal-to-contract execution. A JD or advanced degree is preferred alongside substantial industry experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in transactional contract management, construction law, or related areas.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, business, or law.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Familiarity with common contracting approaches and fee structures (e.g., GMP, Cost Plus, Design/Build).

Responsibilities

• Direct the contract management function at the program level with strategic contracting approaches.
• Collaborate with business leads on complex operations and risk management.
• Drive cross-functional contracts risk, cost containment, and KPI/ SLA oversight.
• Develop and implement deal-to-contract strategies and compliant processes.
• Support policy compliance and audit readiness across contracting activities.
• Mentor Contracts team and optimize source-to-pay processes.
