Job summary

Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Director, Contract Offer & Development and NPP to lead the development, governance, and improvement of proposal and contracting processes for the U.S.

market access across payers, PBMs, GPOs, specialty pharmacies, trade, and institutional customers. You will oversee pre-deal analytics, business case development, term sheet and contract drafting, ensuring proposals align with brand strategy while meeting financial, legal, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Life Sciences mandatory.
• 12+ years of progressive pharmaceutical, biotech, or payer experience.
• At least 5 years specifically dedicated to U.S. Market Access, pricing strategy, contracting, analytics, or NPP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal and deal development lifecycle from opportunity assessment to contract execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional P&C, MA Strategy, Legal, Finance to refine deal strategies.
• Ensure proposals align with brand and channel strategies and comply with requirements.
• Oversee post-deal analytics and contract performance dashboards.
• Develop Contract Life Cycle Management Strategy and future-oriented capabilities.
