Responsibilities

• Lead BD transactions including product acquisitions and licensing deals for the global market, including the United States.
• Direct negotiation and communication with potential partners; present transactional aspects to senior management.
• Coordinate with global teams and Japan HQ to draft term sheets, review counter proposals, and finalize definitive agreements.
• Oversee due diligence, scientific assessment, development plans, market research, and financial structure of transactions.
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder networks and ensure timely completion of deals.
