Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Director of Contract Development to lead drafting, negotiation, and governance of high-value contracts across institutional and channel customers. You will translate strategy into executable terms, mentor the team, and partner with Legal, Pricing, and Customer Engagement to ensure compliant, commercially viable outcomes.

The role requires a track record in governance frameworks, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration, with deep knowledge of US pharma

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; paralegal degree or certification a plus.
• At least 12+ years in US pharma/biotech/healthcare, with institutional or channel contracting.
• Expert knowledge of contract drafting, language, and standard terms with related experience.
• Proven track record leading governance frameworks and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of high-value contract language for institutional and channel customers.
• Drive governance frameworks and template development across contracting functions.
• Lead Pricing Review Committee materials related to contract language and risk positioning.
• Mentor Contract Development colleagues and elevate drafting capability.
• Advise leadership to shape contractual positions and strategies.
• Ensure alignment of contract language with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
• Translate product, pricing, and customer strategy into executable contract language.
