Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing/Business Administration/Science/Pharmacy/Accounting/Finance.
- 12+ years in US Pharma/biotech/healthcare, with contracting experience.
- Expert knowledge of contract drafting, language, and terms; governance experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of high-value contracts for institutional and channel customers.
- Translate contract strategy into executable terms; partner with Contract Strategy on account strategy.
- Drive risk assessment, governance, and innovative contract language across the function.
- Mentor Contract Development colleagues and elevate drafting consistency.
- Oversee template governance, clause development, and early-risk identification framework.
