• Expert-level knowledge of contract drafting and industry-standard terms
• Experience leading governance frameworks and cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of high-value contract language for institutional and channel customers.
• Lead the organization’s most complex, highest-value agreements supporting US Commercial strategies.
• Drive innovation in contract language to create competitive advantage and manage risk.
• Serve as senior contract-language expert and primary knowledge on terms for Institutional customers.
• Lead Pricing Review Committee agenda and materials related to contract language and risk.
• Lead template governance, clause development, and early-risk identification framework.
• Oversee development, governance, maintenance, and version control of templates and clauses.
• Lead assessment of regulatory impacts on contract terms and policy updates.
• Drive initiatives including new templates and risk assessment for new customer segments.
• Advise leadership to shape contractual positions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
