Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Five years of program development and management experience with cultivating business relationships.
• Experience developing programs for adult learners.
• Experience working with health professionals, business leaders, faculty, and adult learners.
• Experience in a university or health-related institution desirable.
• Knowledge of educational technology platforms and integration.

Responsibilities

• Research and recruit guest speakers and instructors for CDE programs.
• Manage faculty and speakers, assist in curriculum development and course objectives.
• Design, plan, implement, and execute continuing education courses and workshops.
• Integrate educational technology tools to update course design and delivery.
• Represent and promote CDE programs at national and regional conferences.
• Analyze educational needs and make strategic recommendations for new programs.
• Monitor instructors' presentations and analyze participant feedback.
• Assist with development, implementation, and assessment of CDE programs.
• Assist with course preparations and logistics before, during, and after CDE programs.
• Identify and manage program logistics such as scheduling and facilities.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support goals.
• Ensure programs comply with policies and accreditation standards.
• Monitor budget expenses and revenue to meet financial targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Continuing Dental Education.
