Job summary

Sound Transit seeks a seasoned Construction/Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex electrical, fire alarm, and transit construction projects. You will supervise the delivery team within the Capital Delivery Department, providing constructability guidance and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.

You will lead procurement, design, installation, testing, and commissioning phases, coaching staff and coordinating with divisions and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• Six years in program management support with significant complexity.
• Six years of leadership, budgetary, planning and workforce management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and review work of staff; provide feedback and evaluation.
• Coach, train and motivate staff; manage workflow and performance.
• Lead resource planning, hiring and onboarding; manage procurement of consultants.
