QTS Data Centers in Dallas, TX seeks a Sr. Director, Construction Services Procurement to lead procurement strategy for land development, data center design, construction and commissioning.

You will build and mentor a team, develop processes for compliant procurement, and partner with Development to align multi-year labor and vendor needs. You will communicate with top construction vendors and drive cost modeling, budgeting, and value creation across projects.

Qualifications

• BAc/BS in business, engineering, supply chain management or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading a team of professionals.
• Knowledge of contractor bid submissions, estimating and sub-contractor selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement team functions for development construction activities.
• Manage RFP processes for designers, construction managers, and others.
• Drive cost savings and value via strategic sourcing and vendor management.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to align initiatives with company objectives.
• Assess risk and manage supply continuity across projects.
