QTS Data Centers in Dallas, TX, seeks a Senior Category Sourcing Manager to lead corporate sourcing across direct and indirect categories for a nationwide data center portfolio. The role centers on data-driven spend analysis, supplier selection, and strategic category management.

You will negotiate complex contracts, build stakeholder relationships, and develop long-range sourcing plans to reduce total cost of ownership while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply-Chain, or Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Seven or more years of relevant experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Supply-Chain.
• Experience in contract development, execution, negotiation and management.
• Experience developing long range sourcing plans to reduce costs and optimize value.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing category management activities within assigned spend to achieve objectives.
• Drive development of supplier/category profiles and strategies for data center provisioning.
• Coordinate Facilities’ purchasing activities across national data center portfolio.
• Lead supplier evaluation, RFI/RFP development, and bid analysis; negotiate contracts and programs.
