Job summary

Ash Grove Cement Company seeks a Sr Human Resources Business Partner (Finance) to provide strategic HR support for our cement plants across the US and Canada. You will be the trusted advisor to site leadership, handling employee and labor relations, talent management, and performance processes in a manufacturing setting.

Based at the Leamington, UT plant location, you will mentor HR Business Partners, drive compliance with laws and policies, and analyze workforce data to guide business

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Minimum of 5 Years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR support for plant locations across the US and Canada.
• Serve as trusted advisor to site leadership and ensure compliant HR programs.
• Lead employee and labor relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and training.
• Mentor HR Partners and drive policy compliance and people analytics.
