Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Senior Director to lead Commercial Operations and Enablement for the U.S. market. This role partners with the Divisional VP to shape strategy, prioritize investments, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

You will lead Marketing, Pricing & Contracting, Commercial Excellence, Training, BI, and Demand Planning, while guiding enterprise-wide performance and customer engagement. You will oversee a scalable commercial infrastructure, performance management system, and readiness

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
15+ years of progressively responsible commercial experience across multiple disciplines.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Translate business strategy into integrated commercial execution across Sales, Marketing, Pricing/Contracting, and Enablement.
Build scalable commercial infrastructure to support growth and priorities.
Own forecasting, reviews, KPI governance, and strategic planning for commercial performance.
Ensure readiness for major launches and portfolio shifts.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and sales productivity.
Provide strategic leadership for US Commercial Training and CRM-enabled execution.
Oversee Pricing & Contracting to drive value and profitability.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance analytics capabilities and best practices.
