What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead multiple commercial sales initiatives, utilizing data analytics to drive demand and enhance profitability
- Direct the Commercial Sales Strategy team and lead the North American Sales commercial strategy
- Analyze sales data to provide actionable recommendations to the SVP, Sales
- Design and implement travel partner incentive strategies to influence sales behaviors and improve ROI
- Manage the annual sales financial plan and ensure adherence to compliance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, STEM, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of Business and Commercial Strategy experience
- At least 6 years of experience working on multidisciplinary teams in large corporations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, SQL, or other coding languages
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset with a successful track record of delivering results
