What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Work directly with each Agency Owner to set and implement goals and objectives
• Mentor middle management to achieve career goals and advancement, including candidates for new Agency Owners
• Assist Agency Owners with coaching inspection and correction on deviations from systems or objectives
• Drive overall growth of the assigned agencies by implementing and inspecting company systems
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 10 years of insurance industry experience
• College degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven accountability and conflict resolution skills
