We are now entering a high-growth phase and looking to onboard a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) who can drive large-ticket enterprise deals or strategic investments.

What You’ll Do

As our Chief Sales Officer, your mission is to fuel Robral’s growth by:

  • Sourcing and closing high-ticket clients (deal size: $100K+ and up to multi-million USD) in sectors like fintech, enterprise SaaS, supply chain, and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Building executive relationships with decision-makers: CTOs, CIOs, COOs, Founders, and VCs.
  • Owning the sales lifecycle — from identifying new opportunities to closing enterprise accounts and building recurring revenue streams.
  • Developing channel partnerships, strategic alliances, and high-value investor connections that result in funding or growth opportunities.
  • Creating and leading a high-performance sales team as growth accelerates.
  • Working directly with the CEO to refine GTM strategy, pricing, and product-market fit in global markets.
What Success Looks Like
  • You close at least 3 clients/investments in the first 6 months, each with a deal size over $100,000 USD.
  • You build a repeatable, scalable sales motion.
  • You position Robral as a top-of-mind provider for blockchain, AI, and software innovation in global markets.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years of B2B sales or fundraising experience in tech consulting, enterprise SaaS, blockchain, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of closing $100K+ deals or securing venture capital for technology companies.
  • Strong U.S. network of enterprise buyers, VCs, angel networks, or innovation heads at top firms.
  • Experience in building and leading sales teams, preferably in early-stage or high-growth startups.
  • Excellent storytelling and negotiation skills — you know how to sell value, not just price.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution and ownership.
