Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in financial services, commercial risk management, or insurance sales.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree/certifications or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand into new markets.
• Hire, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Manage key client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell products.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate the insurance division with other lines.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
