Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in financial services, commercial risk management or insurance sales.
• At least 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree/certifications or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets, identifying opportunities for new sales channels and leading the expansion into new markets.
• Hire, manage, and coach a team of sales professionals to ensure targets and excellent customer service.
• Manage key client relationships, upsell/cross-sell insurance products and services, and monitor performance to meet targets.
• Develop knowledge of insurance products and compliance requirements to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate the insurance division with other business lines.
