Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 7 years in Commercial Loan operations & Servicing and loan documentation with strong managerial experience.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, banking or related field (preferred) with 10 years of servicing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the commercial loan servicing portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk management, and superior client service.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute business strategies, priorities, and growth initiatives for scalable portfolio management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and team members, fostering a high-performance culture with accountability and succession planning.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting to drive performance and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and operations to implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
