Job summary

OptimizeRx in the United States is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics to lead client program impact measurement and drive strategic analytics across sales, product, and engagement teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Reporting, and Product to evolve measurement capabilities, configure KPIs for customers, and develop data-driven SaaS offerings while guiding Engagement Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of longitudinal patient analytics experience.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrated people management experience.
• 3 years’ experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience in Omni-Channel measurement methodologies and optimization.
• Experience with third-party healthcare claims data, EHR, or real-world data sources.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary owner of client program impact measurement and market-facing positioning.
• Provide insight and methodological guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage program and project work queues and delegate to Engagement Management.
• Lead and mentor Engagement Managers for project design and execution.
• Plan and manage Engagement Management capacity.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to deliver program impact insights to customers.
• Configure KPIs to customer dynamics and market objectives.
• Partner with Reporting and Product to evolve measurement capabilities with scalability.
• Gather market feedback to inform data/product strategy for recurring revenue.
• Assess need for partner channels to accelerate portfolio expansion.
• Drive innovation through custom client engagements and new product concepts.
