Our Finance function plays a critical role in delivering on this mission by shaping strategy, enabling informed decision making, and providing deep business insight to support value creation across the enterprise. **General Role Summary:**The Senior Director of Commercial Finance is a senior leader within the US Commercial Finance organization and serves as the primary strategic business partner to the US Commercial Vice President and Business Unit Lead. This leader will partner with the BU Lead to develop options and guide resource allocation to balance growth and profitability. Master of Business Administration or other advanced degree strongly preferred.* Fifteen or more years of progressive finance experience in commercial, FP&A, or strategic roles including experience supporting senior executives or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated success leading financial strategy in a complex and highly regulated environment.* Extensive experience in drug development, commercialization, launch planning, pricing, reimbursement, and US market access.* Proven ability to influence executives and lead enterprise level initiatives.
